Works fine, looks good, it’s free.

The title says it all. It is a nice, easy to use solution that works for most user cases.
I use it on a website for a few months now, does the job just fine.
It is not a 100% customizable, out-of-the box solution – then again, few plugins offer this (if none).
I like the way the author adresses all questions, she helps out with code snippets and so on. (I have had experience with paid support from paid plugin authors that left me disappointed, in terms of solution/ rapidity of response).
So that’s that.
