Dynamic Addon does not work properly

  • I have bought Envira Gallery merely because of its ‘Dynamic Addon’ feature, where galleries can be generated on the fly. It works fine in the basics. But there is an error with the lightbox where always the first picture is opened no matter which image is clicked on.

    Not a big deal one would think.

    I have reached out to the support of Envira. They were very friendly and trying their best to help with fixing it. However, as it eventually became clear that the msitake isn’t on my “side”, I have being told that a ticket with the ‘developers’ has been created.

    Since that over 2 months have passed and this now minor issue has not been fixed. Reached out to the support a couple more times.

    Pretty disappointed about how long fixing things for a (pricy) plugin like Envira Gallery takes.
