Works fine, but requires add ons

The plugin works fine, but seems intentionally designed to require you to purchase multiple add-ons to get any real functionality from it. The customer support is minimal and not very helpful.
I would look carefully at the extensions to see how many you’ll need to get the desired functionality BEFORE purchasing anything. They do not offer any free trial periods (of the paid products) and no refunds, so the money is lost once you’ve spent it. For example, even though the free version allows you to add multiple dates/times to an event, you need the recurring event add-on if those dates/times are sold separately.
UPDATE: customer service has reached out to me and been much more helpful in getting my issues resolved. They also said they would update the plugin description to be more clear as to what the feature are. As such, I’m updating my rating to four stars, as the plugin does work well. I still think you should consider exactly what features you’ll need and factor in the cost of add ons.
Having set up the a site with the plugin, I will say that it has a nice backend interface and is very straightforward to use. There is also a nice interface for changing the template colors, which is great, especially if you don’t want to override the entire template. They also over several different templates to choose from.
UPDATE 2: the recurring events add on has a major bug that you cannot add the same event on different days to the cart at the same time. The entire point of the recurring events plugin is to be able to set up one event for multiple days with separate ticketing. If customers can’t purchase tickets for Event X on Day 1 and Event X on Day 2, what is the point of the recurring events? Customer support claims it is an issue when processed through Woocommerce order system, so they disabled the feature. This means that instead of fixing their bugs, they just remove features. Updating my rating to 2 stars. There are too many issues for this to be a usable plugin.
