I have an Indian law website. I had set default category as ‘criminal law’. I made about 150 posts of category ‘contract act’ but had forgotten to change default category. As a result all contract act posts were placed in criminal law category.

I used the inbuilt bulk edit tool of WordPress but it only allowed me to add posts in bulk to ‘contract act’ category. So now my contract act category posts were also in the category ‘contract act’ and also in category ‘criminal law’.

Finally I found this plugin. Had just 10 active installs but still I thought to give it a try.
It was very easy. I just bulk selected all the posts I wanted and in two clicks all contract act posts were removed from the category ‘criminal law’. (But stayed in the category ‘contract act’ as I wanted (and selected accordingly).)

Thank You developers. Manually doing so would have taken at least 1-2 hours.
