A plugin that doesn’t work

Have upgraded to the Pro unlimited version, and it just doesn’t work, the import hangs every time between 22% and 65%, and All in ones solution is to go upload the file through the control panel, not to fix the problem. This happens all to often, everything is peachy while you pay them, but the minute theirs a problem. absolutely no interest.

I have Googled the issue and there are plenty of instances where All In One doesn’t work, you should go find a different solution, one that actually works the way you expect when you buy it.
