Works but pop-up video and player work same time on page

I have everything installed correctly and it works except when I select a video the video plays in both the Player and magnific Popup on the page.
If I use the “More Videos” then the player works fine.
How can I disable the magnific Popup as I just want videos to play in the Player area?
