Works, but important function is missing and support is very bad

  • Like my title, the plugin works but important functions are missing – e.g. to mark a coupon as invalid in case of order refund. Without these you cannot use this plugin on big onlineshops with lot of orders. You have to spend too much time to check this and deactivate coupons manually if necessary.

    The developer does not respond to any emails either.

    I use free and pro version.

    Most of our premium plugin questions are answered within 24h, mostly within few hours. Just to double check I went through our mail crm and there is no questions pending, did you send to correct email, support @ wpgens.com? If so can you send it again?

    Hi,

    yes. This is the correct email. The automatic “refund” function is so important. But since month no development in both versions.
