Works but I'd like to see several enhancements

Suggested enhancements:

1. document the existence of [out_of_date] on the plugin’s description and/or FAQ tab(s) and in wp-admin settings page
2. add screenshots to the WP repo of all the color choices
3. option to go based off the get_the_modified_date() instead of get_the_date()
4. Make the wp-admin settings text box larger by default (instead of having to drag it larger each time)
