Could you please post on the support forum first? I’m trying to help all plugin users, but I need more information from them. Adding a negative review first unfortunately doesn’t help, as it prevents me from trying to resolve the issue.
I will be grateful if you first write to the support forum, describing your problem in detail, and then of course you can rate the plugin as you see fit.
