• EDIT: This has been fixed and the plugin now works as intended.

    The plugin does not replace all the cyrilic characters with latin ones, only the ones that look different. For example, it does not replace the cyrilic “а” with latin “a”. They look the same but they are actually completely different characters. You can press CTRL+F now and type in “a”. Only the second will highlight.

    This causes issues such as inability to search and also breaks SEO.

    Thanks for the feedback! I didn’t know about this. I’m not actively maintaining the plugin, but if I update it at some point, I’ll keep this in mind.
