Works but cannot acces from another host 2.5.1

Workpress works fine on localhost but when i try to acces it from another host nothing appears on the browser. I have it installed on a server of mine and i can ping it and i type in “192.168.1.70/blog” i takes me nowhere. I can’t access it. I CAN access 192.168.1.70 which opens my home page. and i can also acces my WIKI at 192.168.1.70/wiki and works fine. But when I type “192.168.1.70/blog” on my server, it works. So i’m confused and need help. thanks. I am running Wamp on my server with Server 2003.
