Works beautifully

I was a little skeptical when I first started installing it, but then I got it within 5 minutes and now I’m a super happy camper!! This is perfect for what I needed: Not only does it allow for customizing a registration form that uses a shortcode to be embedded, but it also generates custom fields for my new users! Now I don’t need an extra plugin to handle just the extra fields, or the user approval phase. ??

[edit] This plugin has a history of suddenly not working after it’s updated to a newer version. Have had to back-install older versions numerous times. ??
