Works as expected

Works ok. I just had one little bip… after and update settings got reset and my form turned uggly. It was a quick fix, but keep in mind to check your check out process frequently. Missed some sales because of this. However, mostly my mistake for not checking the check out process frequently. Give 4/5 anyway because this plugin helped me to get rid of a lot of crap on my order page.
