we moved from Zoho CRM (which we integrated with Gravity Forms to Zapier) to Microsoft Dynamics. Zapier had a bug which made it impossible to replicate our workflow using their product. This plugin saved the day! It has a number of useful features and allows for all the configuration you could want between the two systems. Highly recommend.
we did have a couple config questions about some very esoteric issues; the developer offered prompt and useful support.
