Works

This plugin is worked at WP 3.8.1 and 3.9-alpha.
But it should be considered that PHP’s running platform is Windows(=Don’t have “uptime” command).

And you can get Load Average with “cat /proc/loadavg” and Uptime’s detail with “cat /proc/uptime”.
