working with WP Super Cache

Hello,
I am using your plugin together with WP Super Cache. The coundown is on my homepage. WP Super Cache has instructions on how to exclude certain parts of a page from being cached, but I don’t understand how to make those instructions work with the WP Countdown plugin.
