    Thank you for opening a support topic. The plugin seems to be configured correctly, however I have three questions.

    1. Do you have any other social plugin active which might cause a conflict. If so, try disabling it

    2. Do you have adblock enabled? This can cause a blank box.

    3. What type of page is you Facebook page. The plugin only supports Fanpages, not groups or communities.

    WP Supercache could give problems. Make sure that any options regarding javascript minification or combination is disabled
