    Hi lovemyseo,

Our plugin integrates with WooCommerce and all the orders placed in WooCommerce are automatically added to the “Status Tracking” plugin and can be managed from the plugin dashboard. You could find a link to the demo of the plugin below:

    https://www.etoilewebdesign.com/order-tracking-demo/

The WooCommerce integration is a premium feature of our plugin, to enable that you would need to enable “WooCommerce Integration” from the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab.

    Hello,
I am interested in your upgrrade because I saw your premium have the option to import orders from woocommerce.

My question is, I am using “WooCommerce Order Status Manager” but I see your plugin allows for custom order status creation. If I use your plugin and sync it to WooCommerce, will the status also show custom order status I created on main WooCommerce order page via the dashboard? Because I have many custom status created there so I will like to replicate that and then delete the “WooCommerce Order Status Manager” because I already have too many plugins:(

I will like customers to access order details via dashboard also because I am using RMA plugin that works via order details on the dashboard as well.

    Thanks

    Hi ony,

Our plugin automatically syncs (so, if you change the order status in our plugin, it’s automatically changed in WooCommerce, and vice versa) WooCommerce’s default order statuses. If you create custom statuses using another third party extension/plugin, those statuses won’t automatically sync with our plugin. That being said, the way our plugin is normally used is that, when someone places an order in WooCommerce, and the corresponding order is automatically created in our plugin, then, from that point, our plugin is used to manage the order status/location/etc.
