Working with VPNs

    We recently installed this plugin on https://www.action-intell.com and the client loves it. He had too many people sharing logins and this has been very helpful to him. However, he has a number of clients in Asia and many have complained that when they try to view the site via their VPN it gives them the following error

    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access / on this server.
    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    She has had this issue a lot even after we reset her password and logged her out of the system. What could this be related to?

    Also, you say “Even if a user is closing the browser without logging out, their login session exists for period of time.” What exactly is that period of time? an hour? a day?
