Working with Plivo

We are trying to use this plugin to configure notifications to be sent to us when a new order is placed. I read on the other thread that this plugin doesn’t cleanup numbers. We tried the following settings but none of them sent us an sms when an order was placed.
Auth ID: (as per Plivo)
Auth Code: Per Plivo
Sender ID: Blank – for US and Canada sender ID doesn’t work
Your Number: 001xxxxxxxxxx|001xxxxxxxxxxI tried entering only one number like Your Number: 001xxxxxxxxxx
Also tried entering without country code
Your Number: xxxxxxxxxxBut we did not get any SMS. Could you please let us know what might be happenign here?
