Working with Oxygen Builder

    Hi,

    I bought a premium pack with the intention to integrate the ajax search in a woocommerce e-shop page built with Oxygen framework and there is no result on the Search page.

    The ajax preview returns the products, but if click on “See all results” the page returns nothing.

    Please advice.

    Hello,

    Well in fact the AWS plugin must work fine with Oxygen framework.
    Please tell me how you build your search results template with Oxygen? It is necessary to use the ‘Products List’ element inside it to output product search results.

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late answer.

    I use the Product List. Even if I set The Product Query as default or as my product category, the result is null.

    Hi,
    Unfortunately, the plugin does not return any result as I stated above.

    How can I get money back, I understand there is a 30 days period, I am within this period.
