Working with Job Alerts plugin

i’ve bought the job alerts plugin.

For a user have a alert created, he/she needs to create an account with my site/wordpress.

I want to have my recruiters to create an account, too.

The problem is: both recruiters and job seekers are being created as the same type of user.

How can I solve it? Is there a way to have different types of user?
