Working, thanks for the tag base! More features please :)

First of all a huge thank you, it’s the only working plugin I could find that removes the tag base. So PLEASE KEEP IT UPDATED (:fear of future WP incompatibilities:)

The only essential thing missing is removing parent categories in post permalinks as well (right now I have to use this in conjunction with Single Category Permalink plugin to remove parent categories from everywhere).

You can also add support for custom taxonomies, author slugs etc.
