I apologize, I did read through the other help topics first. My flip books are displaying fine on my computer but when I pull it up on safari on an iphone 13 pro, it gives me an error message after trying to load.

You will need the password ROCKET to get to the page in question.

    Hi,

Thank you for your report. We tried loading the page and it did load in mobile.

    Please provide further details:

First, you mentioned it gives an error message, but did not mention what the error message say.

Second, OS and browser version of that device. Third, the output from this page: https://wordpress.dearflip.com/browser-test/ plus do you see a flipbook loading there?

    Best Regards,

    DearHive

I thought I attached a screenshot of the error but I’m now seeing that didn’t load in correctly and I never got the email that I had a response, I apologize. I’m running an iphone pro 13. iOS 17.3.1. I have a friend with a 14 that got the same error, I don’t know what iOS he’s running.

It says “A problem repeatedly occurred on “https://katyasummers.com/pixel-perfect/”.”

Yes, the flipbook on the test page loaded perfectly.

    Hi,

Thank you for the detail, We were able to recreate the issue on iPhone 14.

    We found an error:
Canvas area exceeds the maximum limit (width * height > 16777216).

We rechecked your PDF in desktop . The Desktop PDF viewer is also stuck for a while when opening the page.
We copied the cover image and pasted in paint: The size was whooping: 7000px width by 10900px height. Certainly mobile will crash.

Have you tried compressing the PDF? We tried compressing the PDF and it was smooth and loaded in iPhone 13 too. Can you try exporting for web.

    Best Regards,
    DearHive
