    The Good: The payment field is finally integrated into the shopping cart.

    The Bad:

    Version 2.0 does not work at all. Rolled back to version 1.95 per the recommendation of the PayPal North American Integration Team. 1.95 works most of the time.

    The Ugly:

    I routinely get an error message saying, “Authentication with PayPal failed. Could not create token” and the web hooks disconnect on a daily basis. Also get weird message when processing payment saying, “Hosted Fields Payment is already in progress”.

    This plugin was rolled out prematurely in my opinion. Please fix asap!

    Thanks for the feedback.

    The latest update 2.0.1 addressed a few compatibility issues that could potentially result in an instable connection to PayPal. This version also includes measures against the Hosted Fields Payment is already in progress error, however this error originates from PayPal’s end, and we’re working with PayPal to resolve it entirely.

    The integration performs as expected for the vast majority of users, but if any stability issues persist for you with the latest version, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the support team.
