Working fine

    Nothing is perfect! I would actually like to retain the copyright information in the image, don’t mind losing the rest, but I can’t see how you’d do that…

    Hey Tony,

    Thanks for responding, copyright information in the image should be part of IPTC metadata which gets stripped when the image is optimized with either
    lossless or lossy compression so at the moment there is no way of optimizing images with WP Smush and keeping that information.

    However, we do have plans on changing that in the future where the plugin will allow you to keep the metadata if you choose so.
