Working, but not on all products

    I’m needing to compile lists of customers for purchases on a customer site of mine, and I’m downloading customers for various products, but on the most important one, it shows “This product has no customers”. This is absolutely in correct because this variable product has at least 20.

    Why would it work fine for some products and not at all for others?

    Hi @dotcominfo

    By default the plugin does not display all order statuses, you can change that in the settings.

    ie: it’s only showing completed orders, but your orders for that specific product are set as “processing”.

    Could that be the issue?
