Working but just for the main media library

Hi there,
It’s a great plugin, simple and without extra crap.
but I have bbpress and enabled “Image Upload for BBPress” which adds an upload button to the tinymce image plugin. This plugin uploads pictures to a different folder from the main upload folder (wp-content/uploads/images), and because of that those images cannot get watermark on them. Is there a way to add extra libraries to get watermark in the plugins settings?
