Workgroups

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible nor in the roadmap. But we do want to bring back the “Department” dropdown.

Can you explain more why would you need work groups?

I will create some Departments. Each Department are allocated 2-3 Agents. There are only work on tickets in their department and get an alert for new tickets in their department.

This would be a nice feature. We’re trying to spread work around to a number of people and there is a division of labor among them. Putting them in departments would work.
