I have a number of RSS feeds coming into FeedWordPress. This is simply an aggregator. I would like to split these items into 3 groups.

    1. To be Deleted. My searches result in a large number of false positives. These should be trashed without leaving a lot of database residue.
    2. Passed thru. Mush as FeedWordPress does now. Title, small(if any) excerpt, photo, directly linked to original. These should somehow be kept as a separate group.
    3. Curated. Using the PressForward plugin as intended. These would be regular article posts.

I need to keep the last two groups separate and mutually exclusive. Does anyone use PressForward in a similar way? Or can you suggest a workflow?

    Thanks

    Hi CaptainCoffee,

We’re building out support for allowing feeds to auto-publish, they do not currently do so.

All RSS feed input that isn’t nominated is automatically deleted after 2 months (or a period you specify in the preferences area), which should solve the issue of point 1.

Keep an eye out for when that feature launches for 2!
