Workflow for Pages

  • Is there a way to add a workflow for pages?

    Example: I have a site with 10 users. I am required to approve all items. Is there a way to enable workflow to pages so that a user can go in, edit a page and submit it for approval?

    I’m guessing it is a plugin, but I can’t seem to find one.

  • I’m not entirely sure what you’re asking re: workflow. Have you tried looking at the User Roles plugin? It allows you to create user roles and be very specific as to what users can do: add a page, edit a page, delete a page, etc.

    You might take a look as see if you can create a “role” or update a current role (author, contributor) and allow them to edit pages but not publish the changes, only save.

    If you want users to be able to add pages and have them wait for approval in a queue, you could make all users contributors or try the TDO Mini Forms plugin.
