Workers can’t cancel or approve appointments

  • Hello!
    It seems that this plugin stops working. A few days ago was possible to cancel or approve via email workers’s account appointments. Today, with big surprise, clicking from email on these two links, browser opens, and the page says: This appointments can’t be cancelled! or Approved! (clicking on “Approve” link.

    I really don’t know why.

    Hi @david-p-b,

    there are only two appointment statuses that can work with that. If appointment is pending you can change it to cancel or confirmed. If appointment it is confirmed you can only cancel it. Sometimes mail server can check links from mail and do unwanted action by opening that link (for example mail bot). But it will be something that it is going to be fixed asap.
