Worked well but support is not answering

It’s a decent, simple to use calendar system which worked well until about two months ago when my WordPress install started throwing up errors when saving a page with calendars embedded, after making changes. The only plugin untested, that I have installed, is this one, but I am receiving no answers from their support people, which doesn’t instil confidence.
My question to them is quite critical to testing the error issue…
“If I turn off the calendars, will all of the entered data be deleted or will it still be there if I reactivate them?”
I may need to look elsewhere if I don’t hear from them soon.
