After testing out most of the other WordPress backup plugins, I was shocked at how good this one was compared to them. Then I realised something… This plugin is FREE!!

With my wordpress site ( which has hundreds of pages and posts ) it takes around 3 minuets to back-up, compared to my old manual method of using an FTP to slowly drag and drop each individual file into a que of thousands of other ones. My old method took around 1 hour to back up my site, but not it takes less than 5 minuets.

WHOLE SITE BACKUP

No other plugins offer this. You can back up your WHOLE site. Not just some files, but ALL of it. Every single file that makes up your WordPress website can be backed up.

1 Click Restore

After creating a backup, it will appear in your backup history, where you can either choose to download to your computer ( takes 5 seconds ) or you can restore it. When I made an error, I decided to restore to a previous backup I had made. I was expecting it to take around 30 minuets, but I was extremely happy to find out that it only took 1 minuet. Taking into account that it has to replace every single file on your WordPress site, that amount of time is extremely good. Compared to my old and slow FTP method ( which took around an hour, and most of the time failed resulting in me having to contact my hosting company ) this is amazing.

I could write about all of the good things that this plugin has all day, but I don’t want to ruin everything for you. I’m not mentioning the fact that you can automatically back up your site, upload it to Dropbox and also backup every hour…

By far the best plugin I have EVER installed on my journey through WordPress… ( In my 6th year )
