Worked in FF, then not at all (OK in admin area.)

    I’m trying out the plugin, but it only worked once on the site in Firefox, then stopped working after 1 close; never worked on the site with IE and Chrome. It does work in the Admin Area with all three browsers though(?). It does not appear in the Android browser nor with iOS Chrome (iPad Mini).

    Thanks for any help. It seems like a great pop up but needs to work! :-)!

    Hello!
    Please tell me where exactly on your site we can check popup. Also send us the screenshot of Popup Main Settings. We will check what is wrong and will help you to solve the problem.

    Since the popup only appears in my Admin Area I’m not sure how to direct you to it without login credentials.

    Duh… I’d inadvertently turned the popup “off”, Makes all the difference… sorry to waste your time!
