worked great yesterday, today getting an error

installed the plugin yesterday, and everything was working fine. Today when I go into the website https://donamiller.com/40-x-40-series-2/ I am getting the following error:

Went in and double checked the tmp directory, it has inherited read write capability and the plugin is clearly writing into the directory as there are files being created by the plug in there.
