Worked great, then stopped

Hi,
The plugin was great, then stopped working suddenly. I’ve tried reinstalling, using the script version, and turning off all other plugins to troubleshoot. I just keep getting an error (“You need permission to access the heatmap on this site.
Want in? Ask the administrator for access.”) even though I’m the admin and am logged in via my gmail account. It was a great plugin while it worked.
