Worked for awhile

  • This worked on my one website for awhile and then due to an Elementor fail, everything went haywire on my site. Because everyone is pointing the finger, I don’t know if this is Namecheap, Elementor or Updraft, but having issues with all three now. It doesn’t appear Updraft offers support unless you pay them. So I had to delete it and use a different plugin because Updraft no longer will back up my site. It still seems to be working on my other sites at this time, but I would not recommend this due to lack of customer support and who wants sudden backup failures? This is suppose to be my safety net.

    We really appreciate your feedback here.

    You mentioned “It doesn’t appear Updraft offers support unless you pay them.” but I didn’t see that you have opened a thread in support forums. May I know where did you sent your support request please?

    For us the check why the backups are failing, please open a new topic and provide us with the backup log. This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab. Please copy the contents into an online tool (such as https://pastebin.com/ ) and post the link in the thread.
