Worked for a little bit

The plugin worked for a little bit. Then, we had a notification bar that would not go away. Getting support is about as difficult as picking a booger in a spacesuit. There is NO 24/7 support. It is a forum that takes at least a day to get a reponse. By the time they responded, the notification bar finally went away after I deleted it on my own, permanently, losing all of the stats on the bar and de-activating the plugin.

They when we needed to display another alert banner, we tried to create one and now it shows up on every page except for the home page. It’s been an entire month of back and forth in the FORUM. Each day brings another useless comment blaming me for not sending the right info arguing about what the issue is.

Finally they did manage to obtain access to our site and what do you know, the next day our site goes down and we can’t even access our WP Dashboard.

I’d rather fart tacks permanently for the rest of my life than try and work with these devs on getting this resolved at this point. Absolute garbage.
