    I’ve used this plugin for a canny while and it’s been great! However, the past 6 weeks it’s caused nothing but headaches.

    Backups don’t backup
    Auto-migration stalls somewhere between 13% and 48%
    – clicking the cancel button does absolutely nothing.
    – manually transferring fails, either the local backup is broken or when uploading to the new site, it breaks.
    Causes numerous 404 error on perceived successful cloned sites.
    Absolutely no error messages or any helpful info to troubleshoot.
    Constantly fails to connect to Google Drive for offsite backups.

    This is happening on 2 litespeed servers and 1 ngnix server, so it no restricted to just one site/setup.

    Uninstalling fails, leaving the only resolution available to us, is via a server side backup restore.

    1. In our experience, a backup timeout/stuck issue is usually caused by limits of the web hosting server, for example, a low PHP time limit. It is recommended that you first adjust WPvivid settings as suggested in this doc to increase the backup success rate. Please note that depending on the site size, the backup process can take some time.
    2. Please note that a backup task usually will not be immediately cancelled after you click the Cancel button, it will complete the backup of the current chunk to safely cancel the task, which can take a few seconds. If the cancellation function is not working as expected, it is recommended that you check whether the cron system of the website that the plugin uses for cancelling a backup task or running scheduled backups is working properly.
    3. Would you let us know more details about the failed uninstallation? For example, any error message or screenshot would be very helpful.

    I’ll drop you a support request, although I did fill one out several weeks ago and never heard anything back.

    1. Server setting and PHP Max Ex time are maxed out, and these are not on shared servers. 4core/4Gb ram per site, with 10 min script times.
    2. The cancel button does nothing, even 2 hours later, the whole process is stalled/hung.
    3. There are no error messages, the logs are empty
