Worked Fine but Cant login now

Hello. I installed this plugin back on Monday of this week. Everything worked great and I was able to login via wp-login.php just fine. This morning, out of nowhere, i was unable to login. It kept saying bad user name or password. I renamed the folder in the plugins folder to disable the plugin and I was able to log right in. I reactivated the plugin and logged out. Once again, I wasn’t able to login without deactivating the plugin. I have just the default setup going, no hooks added in or anything. Have you ran into this before?
