Worked… eventually

As many people have said, this plugin works great but isn’t the easiest for the novice user. I had problems that boiled down to the wrong username/password assumption, plus one non-obvious option being disabled by default when it should have been enabled. Non-obvious to me anyway, as a fairly novice user.

4 stars to the app for eventually working despite the hoops jumped through. 3 stars to support – despite an install log and two interactions with you, it felt like there wasn’t a whole bunch of effort, and you didn’t identify the problem. I eventually found the solution on the WordPress forums, but I feel I should really have gotten that explanation from you. Maybe less effort because I’m a free user?

Anyway, I’m good to go now, and all’s well that end well.
