Work without Notification Bar?

    I’ve disabled the notification bar since I’m using some advanced reverse proxy caching and don’t want others to see what I see. But I’m not sure now how to edit the posts since the option only exists on the notification bar itself…

    Also, I want to create the post itself, not just edit it after publication. How do I use the front end editor without actually publishing a post first?
