Work with WPC smart groups

  • Is it possible to have a badge show up on a smart group (woosg) if it contains sales items automatically?

    That is to say, the smart group itself can not be on sale – but some or all of it’s containing products are, and I’d like a Sales Badge to show up based on a condition.

    I understand that I can manually add the badge to a smart group – but would like to automate it.

    Hi @mrpassenger ,

    It’s hard for the badge plugin to detect the sale subproducts inside smart grouped product as it only concerns the main product’s price. Unfortunately, there is no solution or workaround can be applied in this case at the moment.

    I will write a request to our developers to see if they can do anything about this, though the chances are very thin.
