• This looks good. I need to block off parts of a day (and repeat, weekly monthly etc). Each block needs descriptive text and to be allocated to a member of staff (up to 10) and an address up to 100s. Display weekly calendar and print out each booking. Do you think this is the right tool?

    Hi patbell101,

We’re not sure about your requirements, do you mean you wanted to create a list of appointments for a particular staff a generate a report?
We do have option to display the upcoming appointments in List & Calendar view, but currently there’s no option to export that view to .xls or PDF. Alternatively, as a workaround you may try the “Appointments” export feature and then remove the ones that you don’t want.

OK lets try this. I currently have

    appointment(location, service, serviceprovider, datetime, comment)

I need to import a list of locations (client addresses).

Output options seem a bit limited – I’d like to print calendars for each service provider, for each location

Can you do repeat appointments, weekly, monthly?

    Hi patbell101,

Unfortunately, you would not be able to import locations via spreadsheet as only “Appointments” import is currently supported.
The default behavior of the plugin makes it such that you’ll need to select the location before you’re able to see the available appointments, so displaying calendars based on “Service Providers” would not be possible at the moment.
Unfortunately, the repeat appointments is not available at the moment. Alternatively, you could create a new custom field by navigating to the “Custom Fields” tab, accept “Yes/No” for “Repeat Appointment” from the user and create an appointment manually at the back-end.
