Work on draft page while Published version still online

I’m trying to work on a page draft while it last published version is still online.

But when I hit Draft the page become unavaible for non logged users. Logged in users see the actual version, wheter it’s published or in draft mode.

I was wondering if I can write a plugin to allow that. Is it possible to do?

I found no plugin doing that.
