words with apostrophes are printed with a backslash

Hello all,

I installed the plugin and I notices that words with apostrophes are written with a backslash in them.
Eg: ” l\’acquisto ” instead of ” l’acquisto “
While it doesn’t matter in the backend, I really would like it to be printed and sent via email corretly!
Is it possibile to correct this?
