Wordrpress network sync

Hello,

I have 6 different wp powered sites for internal use with more or less same content and I’d like to cut some corners when adding new content.

I want to set up a main site where I’ll add new posts with custom fields. When I am happy with what I have I’d like to sync this content across my network. But since I do some edits on each of this sites older posts should not be overwritten.

Any ideas on how to do this or if it’s even possible? What is the best solution?

For now, I have wp sites on different servers but I can move them to one or even move them to multisite. Please suggest plugins or other ideas.
