www.remarpro.com user registration error (email does(not) exist)

  • I’m trying to register a user on www.remarpro.com. When I enter the username and email, a red box pops up saying “email exists” however, when I try to do a “recover password” and enter that email, it says “user does not exist”

    I would like to sort this out, without exposing the email in question here on the public forums. Ideas?

    Can you email forum-password-resets[AT]www.remarpro.com with the email address and username you’re trying to recover?

    Send an email forum-password-resets[at]wordpress[dot]org with the username and email and it will get looked at.

    Edit: Train hit a dead space and I wasn’t on the Internet for those minutes. ??
