here’s another problem I just got a plugin approved and it’s not letting me login to SVN with or without a capital letter.

You should use the capital letter and the same password as you use here.

What SVN tool are you using?

TortoiseSVN is the tool i am using

I just tested on mine (luckily? I’m on Windows today). Takes my Ipstenu (capital I) account name and my normal password. Reboot and try again.
